New Patient Appointments
If you have not previously been a patient, you will be scheduled under one of the following appointments.
New Patient (Chiropractic)
This includes an in depth analysis of the physical aspect of health.
We utilize a comprehensive history, exam, analysis, findings, and first treatment.
New Patient (Functional Health)
This includes an in depth analysis of the chemical and mental aspects of health.
We utilize an all systems health questionnaire, comprehensive health history, exam, lab recommendations, nutrition/ supplement recommendations, lifestyle recommendations and follow up options. We listen to your full story, as we recognize each individual is different and requires custom care.
Follow-up visits
If you have not previously been a patient, you will be scheduled under one of the new patient appointments.
